STUDY FOR A POST-CEMENT SCREED
2022 / STUDY
This is not about advocating an “all-plaster” approach, but rather about encouraging a broader reflection on the excesses and constraints that so clearly define our time. The béton de plâtre project reflects our capacity, as architects, to reconsider available resources, to redefine our relationship with materials, and to continually challenge the systemic habits shaping contemporary construction practices.
